If you're website is locked down there was a billing subscription issue. The most likely billing issue is with expired credit card information. In order to bring you site back online you'll need to start a new subscription once your site is offline all 3 billing attempts have failed and the subscription has been canceled.
What you will need to do is log into your site by going to:
You'll enter your email address and password. If you have more than 1 talkspot.com hosted site you'll see a drop down of sites to log into. You'll want to go to the Upgrade tab (top left) and start a new subscription from there.
